"Oh my god…. TBD, ugh!! Stole our hearts last night. Food was absolutely incredible, after our first dish I just knew it was gonna be a new favorite restaurant. Chef Jonny is ridiculously talented. Eloy created such a special experience for us, walking us through the entire menu passionately and truly describing every dish right on the nail. The service was also top notch with all details being noticed and tended to by the staff. I cannot wait to come back, already daydreaming about it!!!! * we had the bread, steak tartare, oyster mushrooms, branzino, ribeye, cavatelli, flan, Hibiscus ice, and a bottle of orange wine"

"Absolutely exceptional experience. Chef Jhonny, a brilliant Venezuelan talent, delivered truly unique and memorable dishes. The black rice, house-made bread, and the pork tomahawk were the absolute standouts of the night, each one perfectly executed and full of personality. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere felt intimate and thoughtfully curated. A place that goes beyond just dinner, it’s a full experience. We were so immersed in it that we didn’t even take photos of the dishes, but the mystery is truly worth the trip. Highly recommended."

"100/10 experience. Unsuspecting, but do not pass this place by. TBD is a real gem. Reminds me of a Brooklyn or Lisbon restaurant. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants in my life and trust me this place is IT!!! We ordered the black rice, crab cavatelli pasta, steak and fried zucchini dumplings and flan for dessert. everything was spectacular. The service was fantastic and they have yummy wine selections. This place is my new fav restaurant hands down in Miami."

"Amazing dining experience in Miami. The food was exquisite. Every dish was insanely delicious and the pairings of flavors are just exceptional. They change their menu every two weeks, hence the name, so it is a very unique experience. We ordered the house made bread with miso butter, the steak tartare (BOMB), the black rice, the crab cavatelli pasta, the corvina, and flan for dessert (NO NOTES. It melts in your mouth). The service was very friendly and they make you feel very welcomed as soon as you arrive."

"Truly magnificent. We had read the stellar reviews and were not disappointed. The menu changes every couple of days—true to the restaurant’s name, which reflects its ever-evolving selection—though a few standout favorites remain. Among our top dishes were the oysters, steak tartare, crab cavatelli, black rice with octopus, and steak au poivre. The wine pairings were equally impressive and thoughtfully selected. Our server, Ernesto, was exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond after learning we were celebrating a special milestone. And whatever you do, don’t leave without trying the flan—it’s a true highlight. Will absolutely return and can recommend to anyone in search of a special diner."
